I have been blessed to serve our Lord for over 40 years in Christian education. My passion is teaching Bible and showing students consistency from what I teach in the classroom to what I demonstrate on the field or court. My life verse is 1 Corinthians 10:31, “So whether you eat, or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
I’ve been an athletic director for over 20 years and have coached football, basketball, and track and field. Apparently I’m not very good at retirement as New Hope Christian will be my return to work for the third time. My lovely and incredible wife Vickie and I love serving together in ministry as we’ve done since we were married.
We’re excited to be here at New Hope Christian. Our goal is to inspire young people to excel and be Champions for Life: Leadership…Integrity…Faith…Excellence. Our program here in athletics is to build champions as we pursue championships to show the world that we run for the prize in Christ Jesus….to become #1 for the Son!!
